それから一年後そして今後

　みなさんお久しぶりです。

スタッフにブログ更新せんのん？って言われながらもずっとホームページほったらかしでどうもすみません。変化があったから書く気になりました。

神辺事業所を開設して早一年、６月には６人態勢になります。製造も若き正社員三名入社しました。販売スタッフも三名増えました。わくわくする様なすばらしい若きスタッフばかり。みんな目がいきいきしてるんですよ。ほんとに感謝、感謝。

おかげで会社としてそれらしくなって来ましたね。私はどうだろう？銀行員だった時と何か変化してるんだろうか？

意識の高い、レベルの高い、スタッフがそろってくる中、

今後どのようにしていくのか私がしっかり方向性を見極めなくては。今一度自ら引き締めて。

固まりつつある次なる展開。どのタイミングか？みんなが活躍できるステージとして。

ただ今言えるのは、人は揃った。

次回は、オノベーカリーが誇るべき新しいスタっフを紹介します。又会いましょう。
